- Conduct business reviews with independent retailers, establishing launch and annual sales targets to achieve growth objectives.
- Support accounts in ordering products through the B2B platform and maintaining inventory, displays, promotional materials, and point-of-sale assets.
- Ensure brand standards are met by maintaining product displays, merchandising fixtures, lighting, and visual presentation to maximize sales performance.
- Implement corporate sales and product training at the store level, assess staff capabilities, and recommend development opportunities through eLearning programs.
