About the Role Distribution Teammate - Non Equipment Operator at Owens & Minor and Accendra Health in Wilsonville, OR supports warehousing tasks with minimal use of material handling equipment, handling inbound and outbound shipments, replenishment, picking, packing, and loading to meet customer specifications.

What You'll Do

• Receiving: Unload pallets and cases from inbound trailers manually using pallet jack; accurately counts, verifies, and receives product using RF equipment and/or Voice Pick Technology; documents variances.
• LUM Picking: Selects products and quantities as directed by Voice Pick Technology and/or RF scanner and places items into totes on conveyor belt; removes empty cartons from the pick module as needed.
• Sortation: Prepares sortation area by setting up pallets and carts for product; moves cartons and totes from conveyor belts/rollers to pallets and/or carts according to assigned batch.
• Loading: Uses RF scanner to ensure totes, pallets, and carts are loaded correctly onto trucks for customer delivery; uses pallet jack to load pallets.
• General: Follows general sequencing and process procedures; maintains a safe and clean work environment; follows safety policies and procedures and communicates hazards; places incoming merchandise into inventory; conducts physical inventories; counts and performs basic math; maintains productivity and quality; performs additional duties as directed.

What We're Looking For

• General knowledge of basic topics; prior warehouse/distribution experience a plus; warehouse/Operations certification a plus.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions; ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and meet performance standards; good attention to detail; dependable with regular attendance; willingness to learn how to use new material handling equipment and WMS technology; ability to adhere to SOPs and safety rules.

Nice to Have

• Warehouse/Operations certification; forklift experience; ability to reach up to 35 feet in some functions.
