About the Role Join Owens & Minor as a Distribution teammate - Equipment operator in the Bulk team. This role supports warehouse operations in Romulus, MI by operating equipment to move goods and fulfill orders, enabling efficient and accurate distribution for our healthcare customers.
What You'll Do
- Operate distribution equipment to move goods within the warehouse and support bulk operations.
- Assist with receiving, picking, packing, loading, and unloading as needed.
- Maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness in work areas; follow standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet throughput targets and timelines.
- Report equipment issues and participate in routine maintenance.
