Job title: Distribution Supervisor
About the Role Plan and coordinate the packaging strategy to ensure timely material collection from the warehouse and proper packaging of customer orders. Manage workforce to guarantee orders are delivered accurately and on time to the traffic team. Provide follow-up on CSR requests and ensure smooth daily operations within the packaging area.
What You'll Do
- Follow up on daily and weekly packaging plans to meet customer demand
- Manage and supervise warehouse personnel (pickers and packers)
- Coordinate special customer or internal requests
- Create deliveries and ensure proper system execution
- Provide support to traffic and quality departments
- Ensure compliance with 6S standards in packaging areas and aisles
- Monitor order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate shipment
- Participate in trainings, meetings, and audits as required
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in similar roles
- Fluent English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Sense of urgency and problem-solving mindset
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage and supervise operational teams (pickers and packers)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
