About this role
About the Role Sony Pictures Entertainmentの劇場公開作品の配給営業業務全般を担当します。上映ブッキングなどの配給業務を通じ、興行収入の清算・管理まで一貫して担当し、興行収入最大化のための戦略立案とセールス・交渉を担います。 What You'll Do
- 映画の配給営業全般を担当し、上映スケジュールの調整・配給戦略の推進を行う
- 興行会社に対して営業・交渉を実施し、上映権利の確保と関係を構築する
- 興行収入の清算・財務管理、レポーティングを一貫して実施する
- 社内外の関係者と積極的にコミュニケーションを取り、戦略を共有する
- 新しいアイデアや企画を創出し、課題を自ら発見して解決方法を提案する
- チームワークを重視して業務を遂行する What We're Looking For
- 映画配給営業経験5年以上
- 基礎的な英語力
- 常に新しいアイデアを創出し挑戦する意欲
- 社内外問わず積極的にコミュニケーションが取れる
- 分析力があり論理的に考えられる
- 自ら課題を見つけ解決策を提案できる
- チームワークを尊重して業務を遂行できる Compensation & Benefits
- 勤務時間: 月-金 9:30AM-6:00PM（休憩 0:00PM-1:00PM）
- フレックス勤務制度（コアタイムなし）／週4日以上の出社を前提
- 残業時間はおおむね月30時間程度
- 健康保険、厚生年金、雇用保険、労働保険などの社会保険完備
- 退職金制度なし
- 勤務地: 東京・虎ノ門タワーズオフィス 2F
