Distribution, Revenue & Data Analytics Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Distribution, Revenue & Data Analytics Manager to drive revenue optimization through data-driven pricing, inventory, and distribution operations. In this role, you will develop and implement the distribution offer and play a pivotal role in daily distribution operations, conduct advanced analyses, support executive presentations, and collaborate closely with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to transform complex data into actionable insights through interactive dashboards and reports
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and hands-on Interim Revenue Management & Strategy Director for a 6-month maternity cover. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will drive the commercial strategy for our luxury cruises by optimizing all revenue streams, establishing business intelligence processes, and leading distribution system configurations.
Because we are a growing, lean team, this role requires a unique profile: someone with strategic maturity and revenue management experience to optimize the full selling cycle who is equally excited to handle operational, day-to-day execution. You will also manage and mentor a talented junior analyst while leading major project deliveries yourself.
Key Responsibilities

- Revenue Management (Core Strategy & Execution)

Pricing & inventory strategy: define, manage, and optimize all rates, rate levels, terms, and conditions to reflect demand, seasonality, and luxury market conditions.

Yield & inventory management: maximize cabin revenue contribution across all booking channels. Manage yield levers (e.g., single supplements, promotions, and group allocations).

Forecasting & projections: complete regular, reliable revenue forecasts and trend monitoring to project demand and track topline financial KPIs.

Competitor analysis: monitor and analyze competitive offerings and market trends to adjust pricing strategies dynamically.

Erosion control: manage and control the scope and level of discount erosion across all commercial offers.

- Business Performance & BI Ecosystem

Funnel analysis: monitor long-term performance and commercial funnel KPIs, translating key data points into actionable commercial insights.

BI rollout: drive the ongoing rollout of our Business Intelligence (BI) ecosystem to track performance, strategy assessment, and customer insights.

Performance reporting: produce clear, executive-ready performance reports and present them regularly to the commercial leadership team.

- Distribution

System setup: play a lead role in configuring and setting up the Central Reservation System (CRS) and distribution channels according to new business requirements and evolving commercial strategy in a context of growing business.

Channel optimization: drive channel optimization strategies to ensure seamless connectivity and rate parity.

Process definition: define, document, and enhance distribution processes in close collaboration with internal distribution specialists and brand distribution teams.

- Team Management & Collaboration

Direct supervision: guide, mentor, and supervising a Pricing and Data Analytics manager.

Cross-functional collaboration: partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and IT/Systems teams, and with the Brand BI, Distribution and RM teams, to align on strategic commercial goals
Qualifications

Master’s degree in business, Economics, Revenue Management, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, and Distribution, ideally within the luxury cruise, luxury travel, or ultra-luxury hospitality industry

Strong entrepreneurial/startup mindset. Comfortable with ambiguity, pivoting quickly, and executing operational tasks directly (no task is too small, no strategy too big)

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

Experience working with CRS (Central Reservation Systems), RMS (Revenue Management Systems), and BI tools.

Strong database understanding

Proven experience as a manager with the ability to coach and develop junior talent

Strong business acumen, outstanding strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills to navigate stakeholders in a premium environment

Languages: fluent English and French are mandatory
