Job Title: Distribution Operations & Marketing Specialist

Job Location: Warsaw, Poland

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage partner sales performance and PSI data, tracking progress against overall sales targets; coordinate timely optimization efforts between partners and internal teams to ensure sales targets are met.

• Coordinate supply forecasts, purchasing plans, and order fulfillment with distributors and internal teams, addressing shortages and expediting deliveries.

• Manage partner onboarding, certification and renewal, incentives, and capability development. Coordinate training and feedback resolution, improve partner satisfaction, and streamline operational processes.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and partner events, manage MDF/JMF budgets, and develop localized materials to promote successful solutions and customer case studies.

• Develop and operate physical and virtual showrooms, experience centers, and demonstration sites to showcase Huawei’s products and solutions and enhance customer engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in distribution operations, partner management, or channel marketing, preferably within the ICT, telecommunications, or technology industry. Candidates with relevant internship experience will also be considered.

• Excellent command of English. Fluency in Polish is preferred.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with digital business platforms.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset and strong ownership of assigned responsibilities.
