Uline is seeking a Distribution Manager based in Kenosha, Wisconsin to oversee distribution center operations and lead a high-performing team to ensure efficient fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily distribution center operations and staff.
- Drive operational efficiency, safety, and quality in warehousing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Logistics, Purchasing, and Customer Service.
- Manage performance metrics, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in distribution/warehouse management or related field.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, manage processes, and solve problems.
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in warehousing/logistics systems and supply chain.
- Knowledge of Uline's distribution operations or similar large-scale distribution centers.
