MacJobs is seeking a Distribution Extension (Field Sales) Officer to conduct field mapping, identify retail outlets, and drive territory expansion in Lagos and Kaduna, Nigeria. This role focuses on expanding distribution coverage and identifying market opportunities to grow our footprint in these markets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field mapping to identify market opportunities in Lagos and Kaduna.
- Identify and profile retail outlets suitable for distribution.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive territory expansion and increase coverage.
- Collaborate with distributors and retail partners to improve distribution efficiency and reach.
- Monitor market trends, opportunities, and competition; provide regular reports on findings and progress.
Requirements
- Willingness to work across Lagos and Kaduna, Nigeria.
- Ability to conduct field mapping and identify retail outlets.
- Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Experience in field sales or market research is preferred.
