About this role

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Part-Time Distribution Center Administration employee, for our distribution center located in St. Helens. Working hours Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 08:00 - 16:30.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

Process and maintain inbound and outbound shipment documentation
Ensuring records, documentation, and systems are maintained accurately
Coordinate with warehouse teams, branches, carriers, and other internal departments
Monitor open orders, shipments, and outstanding requests, following up on delays or exceptions
Completing various administrative tasks such as answering phones, emails and filing
Complying with safety regulations
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

Driving Licence
Prior administrative/customer service experience OR industry experience
Proficient written and oral communication skills
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Work independently as well as in a team environment
Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
PREFERED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Have relevant administrative work experience
