About the Role The Dispatcher/Alarm Monitor will monitor federal protection services and alarm systems across multiple locations, coordinate emergency and non-emergency responses, and manage radio and telephone communications to keep clients and officers safe. What You'll Do
- Monitor Federal Protection Services and radio traffic; coordinate appropriate responses to emergency and non-emergency situations
- Transmit audio messages via radio and telephone
- Coordinate law enforcement and public safety personnel activities
- Transfer public safety information and update client records
- Log all calls in a detailed database and maintain logs for alarm use and officer safety
- Operate multi-channel radio and telephone dispatch equipment
- Monitor in-house CCTV cameras and dispatch for other locations if needed
- Assist in training dispatcher trainees and routinely test alarms and systems What We're Looking For
- US citizenship and ability to undergo background checks
- Valid driver's license and HS diploma/GED
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and Windows
- Ability to type ~30 WPM
- Dispatch experience preferred Nice to Have
- Experience with CCTV systems Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $32.21/hr base, plus $5.09/hr H&W
- Total potential: $37.30/hr
- Primary work location: onsite at facilities in Aurora, Denver, or Lakewood, Colorado
