Dispatcher to coordinate daily service activity and keep operations running smoothly from our Georgia location. The person in this role will help manage schedules, monitor active routes, and support timely, accurate service execution throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate driver, technician, or service staff assignments by matching personnel with service needs, timing, and location requirements.
Track active routes and job progress throughout the day, making adjustments when delays, cancellations, or urgent requests arise.
Serve as a central point of communication for customers, field teams, and internal departments by providing schedule updates and resolving status questions.
Maintain organized and accurate documentation related to calls, dispatch activity, route details, deliveries, and completed service work.
Respond promptly to service disruptions or emergency scheduling issues to minimize downtime and maintain customer satisfaction.
Improve daily dispatch flow by identifying efficient routing and scheduling approaches that support productivity and on-time performance.
Support adherence to company policies, safety expectations, and applicable operating requirements in all dispatch-related activities.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, operational reporting, and general coordination support as needed.
Prior experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or a similar fast-paced operations environment.
Strong customer service and call handling skills with the ability to communicate professionally under pressure.
Working knowledge of Computer Aided Dispatch systems and general computer applications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities at once while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience coordinating schedules, routes, or service activity across multiple teams or locations.
Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to react quickly to changing conditions and urgent service needs.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain precise records and operational documentation.
