We are looking for a Dispatcher to support daily service coordination. This contract position focuses on managing incoming requests, organizing response activities, and delivering dependable customer support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling high call volumes, using dispatch technology, and keeping communication clear between customers, drivers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch operations by receiving service requests, assigning work, and tracking progress to ensure timely completion.

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and provide accurate updates, clear instructions, and reliable support throughout each interaction.

• Use computer-aided dispatch systems to enter call details, monitor schedules, and maintain current service information.

• Communicate with field personnel and internal staff to adjust routes, resolve service issues, and keep operations running smoothly.

• Monitor multiple priorities at once while documenting call activity, status changes, and important service notes.

• Support logistics planning by helping organize schedules, balancing workloads, and addressing unexpected changes in real time.

• Background check required

• Shifts: Full time (5am – 1:30pm) and Part-time (6pm – 10pm) plus part-time seasonal roles (5am-9am) available.

• Experience in dispatching, call center support, or a related customer service role.

• Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

• Proficiency with computer-based dispatch tools and other office software.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and with customers.
