- The Dispatcher Coordinator ensures efficient and effective scheduling and assignment of repair orders (ROs) to technicians, maximizing shop productivity and minimizing downtime. They coordinate workflows, monitor job progress, and maintain clear communication between technicians, service advisors, the sales department, and customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
