Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Job Description
- Will be responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of itemsand goods to customers. Our services include dispatch rider operations, pickup and drop-off services, and logistics support.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver itemsand goods safely and on time.
- Handle customers’ packages with care.
- Maintain good communication with customers and management.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and instructions.
- Keep delivery records and provide proof of delivery.
- Maintain the motorcycle and other delivery equipment.
- Demonstrate honesty, punctuality, and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
Educational Requirement:
- Minimum of First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC)/SSCE/WAEC or its equivalent.
- Applicants must be able to read, write, communicate effectively, and keep basic delivery records.
Work Experience:
- At least 2 year of experience in dispatch riding, parcel delivery, or logistics services is an advantage. However, hardworking and willing-to-learn applicants may also apply.
Skills Required
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent time management and punctuality.
- Ability to navigate routes and use GPS.
- Good knowledge of road safety rules.
- Honesty, reliability, and responsibility.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Basic record-keeping skills.
- Valid rider’s licence/cardand safe riding skills.
