Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and kitchen equipment
-
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dish area, storage areas, and banquet spaces
-
Remove trash and assist with daily and deep cleaning tasks
-
Support banquet setup and breakdown as needed
-
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
-
Assist the culinary and service teams during busy periods
-
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
-
Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-
Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
-
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
-
Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
