About the Role Join Live Nation's House of Blues Vinyl Room in Las Vegas as a part-time dishwasher. This role supports daily kitchen operations by washing dishes, maintaining sanitation, and helping keep the venue running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Wash dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc.
- Clean and maintain all trash bins; deposit kitchen and dish room garbage in dumpsters
- Keep floors clean and free of spills, food, trash and obstacles
- Perform daily cleanings of the walk-in cooler
- Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift
- Ensure proper rotation of all dishes, pots, pans, storage bins, including lifting up to 75 lbs with proper lifting techniques
- Maintain House of Blues and Vinyl Room safety and sanitation standards
- Organize and maintain storage of all dishware
- Keep up with fast-paced high-volume kitchen
- Comply with Health Codes; ensure utensils are cleaned, maintained and stored properly
- Assist other employees as needed
- Perform opening and closing duties

- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen; able to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs using proper lifting techniques
- Must have work authorization in the United States that does not require employer sponsorship
