About the Role
The Dishwasher role at House of Blues Dallas is responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and cookware and maintaining a clean and safe dish and kitchen area. The position supports fast-paced food service operations by efficiently operating the dishwashing machine and handling kitchen sanitation.
What You'll Do
- Operate industrial dishwashing machine.
- Keep up with fast paced high-volume kitchen and restaurant.
- Ensure that all eating/cooking utensils are cleaned, maintained and stored properly.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Maintain an overall cleanliness in dish and kitchen area.
- Must be able to comply with sanitation, safety and health codes.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule to include nights, weekends holidays.
What We're Looking For
- Working environment is fast-paced.
- Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 150 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.
- Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.
- On-site role at a live venue (Dallas, TX).
