About the Role Epic's in-house culinary team is seeking a reliable, full-time dishwasher to support dining services, serving over 9,000 meals daily. The role involves cleaning and stocking equipment, helping keep the kitchen organized, and taking point on kitchen cleaning tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position offers daytime, Monday–Friday hours, and a path to potential full-time status with benefits after 90 days. What You'll Do
- Clean and stock equipment used by the culinary team.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen; take point on cleaning duties.
- Assist with various tasks to support dining services. What We're Looking For
- Food service experience preferred but not required.
- Able to lift heavy items up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Must live within 45 minutes of Epic's Verona, WI campus.
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

- Starting pay at $22.00 per hour with daytime Monday–Friday hours.
- After 90 days, opportunity to be considered for full-time status and eligible for the full Epic benefits package (health, dental, vision, generous paid time off, and more).
- Annual raises and bonuses, as well as stock grants.
- After five years, a four-week sabbatical anywhere in the world.
- Meals are restaurant-quality but cost only a few dollars, prepared by Epic's culinary team.
