We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Dishwasher

Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)

Reports To: Chef/Manager

Job Purpose

• To ensure that plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned, sanitised, and readily available for use.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitise dishes, plates, glasses, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Operate dishwashing equipment where available.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean and organised.
• Dispose of waste properly.
• Assist with cleaning kitchen floors and work areas.
• Ensure clean utensils are properly stored.
• Handle kitchen equipment carefully to prevent damage.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and support duties.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Report damaged equipment or plumbing issues to the Manager.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience is an advantage but not required.
• Good physical stamina.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
• Ability to follow instructions.
