About the Role Our Heart of House team member role is to help keep Chili's kitchen running smoothly by washing dishes, maintaining a clean dish room, and supporting the team during fast-paced shifts. You'll play a key part in delivering great service and keeping guests happy. What You'll Do
- Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
- Keep dish room and equipment clean and organized
- Work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
- Requires some shifts on weekends and holidays
