About the Role Our Kitchen, or as we like to say at Chili's our Heart of House, Team Members are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift, every shift. They provide dependable, fast service that is absolutely Chili's. As a Dishwasher, you wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment, keep the dish room and equipment clean, and work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team. Some shifts may occur on weekends and holidays. You’ll contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. What You'll Do
