About the Role A Postdoctoral Fellow will contribute to target identification and mechanistic biology efforts in antimalarial drug discovery at Novartis. The role focuses on advancing understanding of parasite biology and identifying novel targets for therapeutic intervention. What You'll Do

  • Conduct experiments in target identification and mechanistic biology to support antimalarial drug discovery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project goals and publish findings.
  • Employ a variety of molecular, cellular, and biochemical techniques to elucidate mechanisms. What We're Looking For
  • PhD in Life Sciences (or equivalent) with strong background in biochemistry, molecular biology, parasitology, or related field.
  • Experience with target validation, assay development, and data analysis.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a team. Nice to Have
  • Prior experience in malaria biology or antimalarial drug discovery.
  • Experience with high-throughput screening or pharmacology. Compensation & Benefits
