Disbursement Coordinator

What You’ll Do

• Disburse global payments on a daily/weekly basis in Trax and Bank portals
• Action Bulk payment uploads in payment / bank portals and process Corporate card payments
• Manage cashflow by “holding” payments
• Monitor / Research payment rejections, taking corrective action as applicable and process FX payments
• Collate data and provide MIS on team productivity and transactional volumes
• Perform Disbursements data analysis and provide reports to various stakeholders
• Perform accounting activities in NetSuite and provide Audit Support and manage queries from vendors and internal customers within SLA timelines
• Establish and maintain clear lines of communication with internal / external customers at all levels.
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements and assist with project related tasks

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Accounting preferred
• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in the field of accounts payable, preferably in a shared services environment
• An enthusiastic, proactive contributor who takes on tasks and brings them to prompt completion
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, and adjust priorities as necessary
• Proven strong administrative and organization skills; respect for confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills including the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and bring them to resolution
• A strong work ethic with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail; working with minimal supervision
