- Lead, develop, and align the branch team to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor performance indicators and optimize processes to enhance client experience.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to implement bank strategies at the local level. What We're Looking For
- Experience in leading teams and managing branch operations in banking or financial services is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with a focus on discipline and service quality.
- Ability to work onsite in Užice and coordinate cross-functional activities.
