Job title: Director, Visa Consulting & Analytics

About the Role Director to join Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) in the Digital Partner & Fintech segment. You will sell consulting engagements and deliver projects with big tech and fintech clients in North America, driving growth and building Visa as the preferred partner.

This role blends strategy, analytics, and client leadership to deliver tangible business impact for clients and Visa.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a sales pipeline of identified client targets and sell consulting engagements to meet revenue goals.
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure awareness of our offerings and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Proactively engage in strategic & planning discussions with Account Executives, other VCA delivery teams and Client Marketing.
  • Lead consulting initiatives and serve as the main source of strategic insight and direction for the team.
  • Produce insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve client performance, growth, and ROI.
  • Develop scalable solutions, toolkits, and consulting frameworks to help clients grow their portfolios and customer engagement.
  • Partner with peers in other functional areas and across global regional teams to execute projects leveraging Visa resources.
  • Manage systems of record for pricing approvals, internal routing, legal/funding approvals, and proper revenue recognition.
  • This is a hybrid role; expect in-office collaboration with travel as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
  • Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant experience at a large management consulting firm or equivalent.
  • Preferred Qualifications: 12+ years with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years with an Advanced Degree or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Solid understanding of payments dynamics and co-brand economics.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Deep knowledge of big tech and fintech business dynamics and revenue drivers.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Track record of managing external partnerships or client relationships.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance and ROI.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical skills with intellectual and analytical rigor.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge and understanding of banking operations and payment schemes, including products & services, business systems and processes, marketing initiatives and card issuing and acquiring.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing individuals and consulting teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Technology oriented, curious, up-to-date with payment and industry trends and applications.
