About the Role Director to join Fitch Ratings' Structured Credit Alternative Products group in the Austin office. The role focuses on evaluating new transaction proposals that incorporate securitization principles across various structures, including rated note feeders, synthetic risk transfers, structured credit loan facilities, CLO-lite structures, and other private credit transactions backed by debt. The position supports debt capital markets through timely, insightful, and forward-looking rating actions and research. What You'll Do
- Analyze critical credit, legal, and structural elements of transaction proposals.
- Act as primary or secondary analyst for transaction ratings; form analytical views, present to rating committees, and defend credit views in discussions with issuers and investors.
