About the Role Intuit’s Money Services business is a fast-growing area within the Global Business Solutions Group. As Director, Service Delivery you will own the end-to-end delivery engine powering the Money Services and Workforce Solutions customer experience, including workforce management, expert onboarding, payment services, and payroll tax operations. You will report directly to the VP of Expert Service Delivery and lead a large, multi-layered organization accountable for customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance at enterprise scale. This role sits at the intersection of growth and transformation as Intuit moves toward an AI-driven expert platform. What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end delivery engine powering the Money Services and Workforce Solutions customer experience: workforce management, onboarding, payment services and payroll tax operations.
- Lead a large, multi-layered organization (leaders of leaders) and report to the VP of Expert Service Delivery.
- Drive customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance at enterprise scale.
- Support and contribute to the transformation toward an AI-driven expert platform. What We're Looking For
- Experience leading a large, multi-layered organization (leaders of leaders) and delivering enterprise-scale service delivery.
- Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance in a complex environment.
- Willingness to operate in a fast-growing Money Services business and to participate in a transformation toward an AI-driven platform. Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-driven platforms or digital transformations.
