About the Role Lead the Finance Operations for the EMEA region, partnering with business leaders to drive performance, controls, and financial planning. This role is essential to support Boston Scientific's mission in healthcare by delivering reliable financial operations in a diverse, global business environment.
What You'll Do
- Oversee finance operations for the EMEA region, including planning, reporting, and controls.
- Partner with regional leadership to drive performance improvements and reliability of financial information.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations across multiple countries.
- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, managing stakeholder expectations and timelines.
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in Finance Operations, ideally in a multinational environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience with European, Middle East, and Africa financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, close, reporting).
- Business acumen and strategic mindset; problem-solving and project management capability.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or professional designation preferred.
