Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Salesforce product leader to guide the evolution of an enterprise CRM environment supporting sales operations, customer engagement, and business growth. This opportunity is ideal for a strategic, hands-on Product Owner who understands how to connect business objectives with technology investments and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer relationships.

This role combines product strategy, business process optimization, customer analytics, and emerging AI technologies.

This is a senior-level individual contributor position offering significant influence over enterprise technology decisions without direct people-management responsibilities.

  • Develop and maintain a long-term product roadmap, balancing business priorities, technical considerations, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Own product backlog management, including evaluating enhancement requests, establishing priorities, and coordinating release deliverables.
  • Translate business objectives into detailed functional requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
  • Partner with software engineers, solution architects, and Agile delivery teams to ensure successful development and deployment of CRM capabilities.
  • Collaborate with business leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements, workflow automation, and improved customer experiences.
  • Use CRM reporting, customer analytics, and data insights to influence product decisions and identify opportunities to increase revenue and sales productivity.
  • Evaluate AI-powered capabilities and customer intelligence solutions that improve sales effectiveness, customer segmentation, and business decision-making.
  • Establish processes for product intake, change management, platform standards, and enhancement prioritization.
  • Monitor system adoption, product performance, business value, and return on technology investments.
  • Coordinate with external technology partners and vendors regarding platform capabilities, licensing, and service delivery.
  • Present product initiatives, delivery progress, investment priorities, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or product ownership, including significant Salesforce CRM experience.
  • Demonstrated ownership of Salesforce product strategy, roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and feature delivery.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud within enterprise business environments.
  • Proven ability to develop detailed user stories, define acceptance criteria, and work directly with software development teams.
  • Experience managing competing business requirements and aligning stakeholders around product priorities.
  • Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or similar software development methodologies.
  • Experience using CRM analytics, reporting, dashboards, and customer data to evaluate business performance.
  • Understanding of customer intelligence, AI-enabled CRM capabilities, and data-driven product improvements.
  • Experience implementing product governance, managing platform enhancements, and evaluating business outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and collaborate across business and technical teams.
