GEA zoekt een Director Sales BU Heating & Refrigeration Solutions Benelux die commerciële groei realiseert, sterke klantrelaties opbouwt en een hoogpresterend team inspireert. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de salesstrategie binnen de Benelux en draag je bij aan de verdere groei van onze marktpositie. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, collega’s en internationale stakeholders om innovatieve en duurzame oplossingen succesvol in de markt te zetten.
Responsibilities / Tasks
- Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de salesstrategie voor de Benelux-regio.
- Realiseren van omzet-, marge- en groeidoelstellingen.
- Leiden, coachen en ontwikkelen van een team van sales professionals.
