About the Role Regent University School of Law invites applications for the position of Director of the Robertson Center for Constitutional Law. The Director will also hold a tenure-track faculty appointment at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. The Robertson Center builds on Regent Law’s legacy by advancing first principles in constitutional law through scholarship, litigation, and public engagement, and Regent seeks a dynamic scholar-advocate to lead the Center into its next chapter. What You'll Do
- Scholarship & Litigation: Author and publish scholarship in areas including originalism, religious liberty, parental rights, the separation of powers, and related constitutional topics; Draft amicus curiae briefs in high-impact constitutional cases before federal and state courts; Produce white papers and op-eds for public-facing policy discourse and media outlets
