About the Role
Director - RA Resource, Analytics and Insights Lead will report to the head of RA Human Capital within RA Business Operations. The role is accountable for the end-to-end resource management capability for Regulatory Affairs, providing data-driven insights to enable strategic decision-making, workforce planning, and alignment to demand and financial plans. It requires collaboration across RA leadership, vendors, technology, and cross-functional partners to ensure timely resourcing, regulatory submission readiness, and compliance. What You'll Do
- Own the data quality, infrastructure, and business practices related to resource management.
- Lead special projects and pilots that advance the capabilities of RA Business Operations; provide support across Vendor Management, Business Process Excellence, Inspection Readiness, Change Management, Communications and Engagement.
- Contribute to short- and long-range RA strategies, plans, and infrastructure development, and RA-wide initiatives.
- Collaborate within Human Capital (Resource Management and Vendor Management) to drive holistic resourcing strategies across RA.
- Embed resource management concepts and influence culture and practices across RA regarding managing demand, increasing capacity, and talent development aligned with strategy.
- Build relationships with leaders and sub-functional stakeholders to influence and deliver resource management goals.
- Manage difficult conversations including headcount discussions, prioritization, and data quality.
- Lead yearly Strategic Workforce Planning cycles in partnership with Head of Human Capital; track and address workforce gaps.
- Oversee maintenance of algorithmic forecasting (Planisware) to improve forecast accuracy and leadership understanding.
- Orchestrate cross-RA collaboration with RA leadership, Finance (LE cycles) and HR to enable the workforce needed to drive our portfolio.
