About the Role

Director, Product Management will lead cross-functional teams to build privacy products, own components, contribute to strategy, and drive end-to-end product development to protect user privacy. You will partner with Engineers, Designers, and User Insights to define, prioritise and develop new products and features, and take ownership of product components while shaping overall product strategy. You will help maintain a high standard of quality across our product development work.

What You'll Do

• Bring cross-functional teams together (Eng, Design, User Insights) to define, prioritise and develop new products and features end-to-end.
• Take ownership of components of our products and contribute to product strategy across the company.
• Coach and collaborate with Engineers, Designers and other functions to ensure delivery against roadmaps and goals.
• Define and hold a high bar for quality in all product development activities.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Use experiments and data to inform product decisions and learn from user feedback.
• Translate complex privacy topics into simple, tangible product solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience, including 4+ years in leadership roles related to product management (e.g., Head, Principal, Director).
• Experience leading features from inception through launch, including 2+ years on a product with a large, diverse user base (>500k weekly active users).
• Strong people and strategic leadership skills; proven ability to bring together cross-functional teams to goal-set, roadmap, and resource projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging experiments and data to inform product decisions and learning from user feedback.
• Aptitude for translating complex technical topics (privacy on the Internet) into simple product solutions.
• Demonstrated product intuition and taste.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $243,800 USD annually, plus stock options. Compensation is transparent across the organization, and all team members within the same professional level and global region receive the same compensation.

• Travel: You’ll be required to attend meetings on camera and expect to travel at least twice a year for all-hands and team retreats (4-5 days each).
