Ethos is looking to hire an operator with a deep strategy and operations background to stand up and scale new business lines within our fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer business. You'll take new bets from zero to one and then to scale - building the business around them and owning the outcome end-to-end.
Our consumer business has endless whitespace - adjacent product lines, new regions, and new go-to-market motions waiting to be built. Your job is to take a new business opportunity from zero to one and then to scale, partnering with product, marketing, sales, engineering, and partnerships to make it real.
