About the Role Directs inpatient pharmacy operations across Deaconess Health System. This role provides strategic leadership, oversees pharmaceutical care programs, drug distribution, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and personnel management to ensure high-quality, cost-effective pharmacy services aligned with hospital and system goals. What You'll Do
- Directs acute care operations, leads staff, and manages budgets; ensures regulatory compliance and patient safety.
- Develops and implements pharmaceutical care programs and process improvements; oversees drug distribution and inventory management.
- Partners with hospital and system leadership to align pharmacy services with organizational goals; drives financial performance and cost containment. What We're Looking For
- BS Pharmacy or PharmD required; MBA/MHA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years pharmacy management experience; 5+ years hospital pharmacy preferred.
- Responsible for regulatory compliance, budgeting, and personnel management. Nice to Have
- MBA/MHA preferred.
