About the Role Lead the strategy and execution of Flywire's people technology and analytics platform. Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to build scalable systems, governance, and insights that enable data-driven people decisions across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Develop and own the People Technology & Analytics roadmap, aligning with global HR strategy and business needs.
- Lead implementation and optimization of HRIS/Workday or equivalent systems; drive data governance, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions for talent management, payroll, and workforce analytics.
- Manage a high-performing team of analysts and engineers; influence stakeholders and drive adoption of data-driven practices.
