About the Role We are hiring a Director, Organization Development. This is a high-impact role that will shape how the People team works, leads, and delivers through one of its most consequential periods of transformation. What You'll Do
- Develop and lead the organization development strategy aligned with the People team's transformation goals.
- Design and implement programs in organizational design, leadership development, change management, and capability building.
- Partner with senior leaders to diagnose gaps, assess organizational capabilities, and drive initiatives that accelerate business impact.
- Influence culture, leadership practices, and organizational effectiveness to support Microsoft's transformation. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in organization development or OD leadership roles.
