About the Role The Director of Operational Resilience Engineering leads the resilience program within Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure and Operations (CO+I). The role is accountable for designing, building, and operating resilient, scalable infrastructure and ensuring programmatic delivery of Microsoft's critical datacenter services. Based in Redmond, Washington, this position follows a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in-office per week.
