About the Role Director of Talent Acquisition at Your Behavioral Health (YBH) will lead the organization's talent acquisition strategy, partnering with senior leadership to build a scalable recruitment function across its behavioral health brands. You will establish processes, drive recruitment, and coach recruiters to deliver high-quality hires. What You'll Do
- Establishing processes and best practices for talent acquisition across the organization
- Lead recruitment initiatives, partner with HR and senior leadership to define roles and timelines
- Coach and develop recruiters; manage ATS and sourcing channels; implement KPIs and reporting What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10 years of talent acquisition experience
- 5+ years managing recruiters
- Experience with ATS and sourcing channels
- Proven KPI implementation
- Strong communication and HR collaboration Nice to Have
- Experience with Indeed and LinkedIn Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $140k-$150k per year
