Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the pre-opening phase and ongoing operations, aligned with brand positioning and business objectives in close collaboration with the GM and Head of Marketing
• Lead all Sales & Marketing activities across Luxury Leisure, Corporate, MICE, High-End and Strategic Accounts
• Build and manage key local, regional, and international luxury accounts
• Drive pre-opening commercial action plans, including sales campaigns, market launches, and site inspections
• Collaborate closely with Revenue Management on pricing, positioning, and demand strategies
• Represent the hotel at key luxury trade fairs, sales events, and industry platforms
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team aligned with luxury service standards
• Monitor performance through KPIs, reporting, and business reviews, ensuring delivery of revenue targets
• Own the sales budget, forecasts, and commercial planning in close cooperation with the GM and Meliá Headquarter counterparts

Your Profile

• Long-term professional experience as Director of Sales or senior commercial leader within luxury hospitality
• Strong Dubai / UAE market knowledge, including established B2B, Corporate, and MICE networks
• Pre-opening experience within hotels is a strong advantage
• Strategic hands-on sales leader with strong negotiation and relationship-building
• Ability to translate luxury brand DNA into effective commercial strategies
• A convincing personality with strong customer-focus orientation, very high-level communication skills as well as a result- and solution-driven approach
• Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or similar
• Fluent in English; Arabic is highly beneficial but is not mandatory
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as required
