What You'll Do

• Lead all sales pre-opening activities, including account acquisition, market positioning, sales strategy development, team mobilization, and business pipeline generation.

• Develop and execute the hotel's overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share.

• Lead sales activities across Corporate, MICE, Leisure, Consortia, and other key market segments.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel partners, event planners, and strategic stakeholders.

• Partner closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations to maximise commercial performance.

• Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting to support business objectives.

• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing Sales team.

• Represent the hotel at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.

• What We're Looking For

• Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior sales leadership role within hospitality.

• Proven track record of driving hotel revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

• Strong understanding of Corporate, MICE, Leisure, and associated revenue segments.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.

• Pre-opening hotel experience is strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of the Singapore hospitality market and key demand drivers.

• Established network of corporate, MICE, and travel industry contacts within Singapore would be advantageous.

• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability.

• Fluent in English.
