About the Role Under the supervision of the Commissioner for Infrastructure, Energy and Digitalisation, the role oversees all activities, programs, projects, policies, and guidelines related to developing and promoting renewable energy and energy efficiency in the CEDEAO region. What You'll Do
- Support and lead Renewable Energy (RE), Energy Efficiency (EE), Project Development, resource mobilization programs and CEREEC projects, and advocate the priorities and objectives defined by the Commissioner for Infrastructure, Energy and Digitalisation.
- Supervise Administrative, Financial, Accounting and Human Resources activities carried out by the Center.
- Promote collaboration within the CEREEC team under your direct supervision, providing clear guidance, setting tangible objectives, and fostering a high-performance environment. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Renewable Energy (RE) and Energy Efficiency (EE), project development, and resource mobilization programs; ability to advocate priorities and objectives defined by the Commissioner.
- Experience in supervising Administrative, Financial, Accounting and Human Resources activities within a center or agency.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teamwork.
