About the Role Based in Mountain View, CA, NeuroPace is a commercial-stage medical device company focused on transforming lives of people with epilepsy. The Director of Reimbursement will lead reimbursement and market access strategy for the RNS System and drive payer submissions. What You'll Do
- Own reimbursement/market access strategy, tracking rules, and preparing submissions for payer coverage expansions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop evidence strategy and optimize reimbursement pathways. What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of reimbursement/market access experience in medical devices.
- Fluent in CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 and CMS payment methodologies.
- Experience with payer coverage expansion and evidence strategy.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MPH/MHA preferred. Nice to Have
- MBA/MPH/MHA preferred. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $172,000 - $228,000 per year. Onsite in Mountain View, CA.
