About the Role The Director of Regional Facilities is responsible for leading and overseeing Uline's regional facilities operations. The role focuses on ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant facility performance across the assigned region.
What You'll Do
- Lead regional facilities strategy and operations, including maintenance, safety, and space optimization.
- Manage capital projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and environmental health/safety standards.
- Develop and mentor facilities teams and coordinate cross-functional partners.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in facilities management, with leadership experience in a distributed regional environment.
- Strong strategic planning, budget management, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or related field; 10+ years of facilities leadership experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience in warehousing or distribution environment.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFM, FMP, PMP) – optional.
