Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Project Management to lead the planning, execution, governance, and delivery of strategic projects across DApps Platform USA.

This role will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Business Development, Sales, and external partners.

The Director of Project Management will be responsible not only for managing timelines and deliverables, but also for establishing a scalable project management framework as the organization grows.

The ideal candidate is a strong operator who can bring structure to complex initiatives, identify risks early, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and ensure strategic priorities are translated into measurable execution.

This is a highly visible leadership position with direct exposure to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Leadership

• Lead major company-wide initiatives from initial planning through execution, launch, and post-project evaluation.

• Translate executive-level strategic objectives into clearly defined project plans, milestones, ownership structures, timelines, and measurable outcomes.

• Manage multiple complex and high-priority projects simultaneously across different business functions.

• Ensure projects remain aligned with the company's broader business strategy and organizational priorities.

• Project Management Office & Governance

• Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies, governance processes, reporting structures, and operational frameworks.

• Establish project prioritization, resource planning, milestone tracking, and executive reporting systems.

• Build scalable processes that support the company's continued growth and increasing operational complexity.

• Develop project dashboards, KPIs, risk registers, status reports, and executive-level project reviews.

• Cross-Functional Coordination

• Serve as a central coordination point between executive leadership, Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Business Development teams.

• Facilitate alignment between teams with different priorities, timelines, and operational requirements.

• Ensure decisions, responsibilities, dependencies, and deadlines are clearly communicated and documented.

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve obstacles that may affect project delivery.

• Risk Management

• Identify project, operational, regulatory, financial, technical, and execution risks at an early stage.

• Develop mitigation strategies and escalation processes for critical risks and dependencies.

• Provide senior leadership with clear visibility into project health, potential delays, resource constraints, and decision points.

• Ensure appropriate controls and accountability are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

• Leadership & Team Development

• Build and develop the company's project management capability as the organization expands.

• Recruit, mentor, and manage project managers, program managers, business analysts, or PMO professionals as needed.

• Establish clear performance expectations and encourage a culture of accountability, execution, transparency, and continuous improvement.

• Partner with executive leadership to improve organizational effectiveness and execution discipline.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• 8+ years of professional experience in project management, program management, operations, consulting, financial services, technology, FinTech, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience managing teams, programs, or enterprise-level initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional projects involving multiple senior stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, project governance, resource planning, budgeting, risk management, and executive reporting.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership as well as technical and non-technical teams.

• Experience operating in fast-growing, entrepreneurial, or rapidly changing organizations.

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in environments where not every process has already been established.

• DApps Platform USA offers a competitive executive-level compensation package.

Base Salary:

• $300,000 – $350,000 USD annually

• Final base compensation will depend on experience, leadership scope, industry background, and demonstrated capabilities.

Performance Bonus:

• Annual performance-based bonus opportunity, typically targeted at approximately 15%–30% of base salary, based on individual and company performance.
