Position Summary
The Director of Programs will provide strategic leadership and technical oversight for the organization's programs and projects. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, learning, and reporting while strengthening partnerships with donors, government institutions, civil society organizations, and communities. The Director of Programs will work closely with the Executive Director to drive organizational growth, ensure program quality, mobilize resources, and expand the organization's impact.
Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for the planning, implementation, the monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of all organizational programs.

Lead the development of high-quality project proposals, concept notes, and grant applications.
