Job Description Lead and oversee all day-to-day operations of the People & Culture Department while collaborating with executive leadership on the strategic implementation of human resources initiatives Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with organizational goals, values, and mission, while remaining adaptable to evolving business needs Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages open communication, psychological safety, mutual respect, and employee engagement Serve as a strategic partner to all departments, providing expert guidance on talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and HR policy matters
