Description
- Enlight is looking for a Head of Organization & Methods to lead the development and continuous improvement of the company’s operating model, processes and ways of working. The role will ensure that cross-company processes are clear, effective, aligned with business needs and continuously evolving as the organization grows.
Responsibilities
- Define, standardize and continuously improve cross-company processes, governance and ways of working.
- Ensure processes are up to date, practical and aligned with business needs.
- Define clear ownership, R&R and decision-making authorities across key processes.
- Establish and maintain process KPIs and performance measures.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for simplification, automation and AI.
- Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives and drive adoption across the organization.
- Establish mechanisms to ensure processes remain relevant as the business, organization and operating environment evolve.
- Partner with business units and corporate functions to embed consistent and effective ways of working.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Organization & Methods, Business Operations, Process Excellence, Consulting or a similar role.
- Proven experience designing and implementing cross-functional processes and operating models.
- Strong understanding of governance, R&R, process management and organizational effectiveness.
- Excellent stakeholder-management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change without direct authority.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach.
- Experience with process automation, data and AI – advantage.
- Experience in renewable energy, construction, infrastructure or water – preferred.
- Ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Relevant academic degree – preferred.
- Excellent Hebrew and English.
