- We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across upstream oil & gas activities, driving safe, efficient and commercially sustainable operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- 15–18 years of relevant experience in the oil & gas industry, with significant experience in upstream operations.
- Proven senior leadership experience in oil & gas operations, production or asset management.
- Strong understanding of upstream oil & gas operations and production processes.
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and operational assets.
- Strong knowledge of HSE, regulatory compliance, operational risk and industry standards.
- Strong commercial, financial and strategic planning capabilities.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
- Ability to drive operational performance, efficiency and business growth.
